Visit Behala for counselling
22/1, Brojomani Debya Road, Behala, Kolkata 700061. Monday–Saturday, 10:00–18:00. Documents are uploaded when you apply. Come with questions, not papers — unless faculty have asked for a clearer copy.

Offline
Classroom, laboratory and clinic on site
The 1-month course and the six-month internship are at 22/1, Brojomani Debya Road. Theory, instruments and supervised patients in the same working optical practice.
Online
Theory from home. Internship in Behala.
The 1-month course is live online. The internship is not. Unpaid and paid internship months are on the Behala floor — instruments and patients are not taught through a screen.

The fee is non-refundable once admission has been confirmed, including withdrawal, discontinuation or non-completion, except a credit note issued by an administrator with a recorded reason. Satisfy yourself as to suitability before confirming admission.
How admission works

Apply and upload documents
Submit the application on this site. Upload Aadhaar, 10+2 proof, address proof and a passport photograph with the form. Live classes are online — you do not bring papers to Behala.

Faculty verify the file
Centre staff open the uploaded copies on the application and mark them verified. They will write only if a file is unclear.

Payment of the course fee
₹11,999 inclusive of GST, one payment, for the 1-month course. The internship is not a second fee. The first three internship months are unpaid. The last three are paid by the host practice. Settlement is only to the company current account.

Confirmation of enrolment
A seat is confirmed after verification of the uploaded documents and payment. You receive a joining letter and open Student OS for live classes.

Orientation and commencement
Live theory starts on Student OS for the online section. Offline students attend Behala classroom, laboratory and clinic throughout. Online students come to Behala for the internship. Campus is for practical training, not for submitting papers.
