A training division of IndieEyes.
IndieEyes Vision Academy is the education arm of IndieEyes Online Services (OPC) Private Limited, in academic collaboration with Grow My India. We train people for optical practice — in the rooms where that practice already happens.
Vision care is among the faster-growing segments of Indian healthcare retail, and the constraint on its expansion is trained personnel rather than capital. Optical practice needs staff who can measure accurately, dispense correctly, recognise what must be referred, and conduct themselves professionally.
This programme exists to produce them. Competence is demonstrated, not asserted: each phase concludes only when the candidate can perform, unaided and to a defined standard, the procedures that phase has taught.
We are a skill institute, not a university. Certificates are vocational. They are not a licence to diagnose, prescribe, or practise independently.

The Refractionist Training Program is delivered by IndieEyes Vision Academy, a training division of IndieEyes Online Services (OPC) Private Limited, in academic collaboration with Grow My India. Certificates at month 7 are issued jointly in both names. This is vocational training — not a licence to practise independently.
